These Terms & Conditions govern the use of training and educational services offered by GCD — Global Career Development ("GCD", "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By enrolling in any course, workshop, webinar, certification program, or academy service, the student ("Student", "Learner", "User") agrees to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of training and educational services offered by GCD — Global Career Development.
By enrolling in any course, workshop, webinar, certification program, or academy service, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services Offered
GCD provides educational and training services including but not limited to:
- Online and Offline Training Programs
- Certification Courses
- Workshops and Webinars
- Skill Development Programs
Courses may include: Digital Marketing, Artificial Intelligence & AI Agentic Development, Data Science, Power BI, E-Commerce / Marketplace Training, and other technology and business-related programs.
3. Eligibility
- Students enrolling in regular programs must provide accurate registration details.
- For kids programs, learners must be 10 years or older with parental or guardian consent.
4. Enrollment Policy
- Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment.
- Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- GCD reserves the right to approve or reject any enrollment application.
5. Course Access & Usage
All course materials including videos, documents, slides, recordings, assignments, and resources are for personal learning use only, non-transferable, and non-shareable.
Users are strictly prohibited from copying, recording, redistributing, selling, or publishing course content without written permission from GCD.
6. Student Responsibilities
Students and learners are expected to:
- Attend sessions regularly
- Maintain professional behavior
- Complete assignments and projects
- Follow academy guidelines and policies
Failure to maintain discipline may result in suspension or termination without refund.
7. Code of Conduct
GCD maintains a professional and respectful learning environment. The following actions may lead to immediate termination without refund:
- Abusive or inappropriate behavior
- Harassment or misconduct
- Disruption of classes or sessions
- Violation of academy policies
- Unauthorized sharing of course materials
8. Certification Policy
Certificates will only be issued if:
- The course is successfully completed
- Mandatory projects or assessments are submitted
- Performance requirements are met
GCD reserves the right to withhold certification if course requirements are not fulfilled.
9. Placement & Career Disclaimer
GCD provides skill-based training programs. GCD does not guarantee job placement, internship placement, income generation, business success, or interview selection.
GCD may assist students with interview opportunities or referrals where applicable, but final hiring decisions depend entirely on the employer and the student's performance.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All academy materials, branding, training resources, software, videos, designs, and content are the exclusive intellectual property of GCD — Global Career Development. Users shall not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or republish any content without prior written permission. Legal action may be initiated for violations.
11. Limitation of Liability
GCD shall not be held responsible for internet connectivity issues, technical interruptions, device incompatibility, third-party software or platform failures, loss of data, or delayed access caused by external services.
12. Amendments
GCD reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will become effective immediately upon publication.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of competent authority in India.
