Refund Policy

1. General Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all training programs, certification courses, workshops, webinars, and academy services offered by GCD — Global Career Development.

2. Refund Eligibility

Before Course Commencement

Students are eligible for a 100% refund if cancellation is requested within 3 days from the payment date. After 3 days, administrative and processing charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

After Course Commencement

No refund shall be provided once the course, batch, workshop, or program has commenced.

3. Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable:

  • Payment gateway charges
  • Transaction fees
  • Taxes (if applicable)
  • Administrative processing fees

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will:

  • Be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Be credited only to the original payment method used during enrollment

5. Course Cancellation by GCD

If GCD cancels a course due to operational reasons, insufficient enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to the student.

6. Transfer of Fees

Course fees are non-transferable, cannot be shifted to another student, and cannot be adjusted to another course unless approved by GCD management.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

In case of payment disputes, unauthorized chargebacks, or fraudulent payment claims, GCD reserves the right to:

  • Suspend course access immediately
  • Recover associated losses
  • Initiate legal action where necessary
